What a great year 2016 has been

Well as we approach Christmas and the end of 2016 and what another busy year it has been.
It’s December 11th and only 3 more Weddings left to film this year.

It has been a very interesting year with me visiting many different venues for the first time such as Holt lodge Nr. Wrexham, Last Inn Hencoed, Bryn Howell, Hogarths Solihull, The Woodnorton Nr. Evesham, The Cock o Barton, St Andrews Droitwich, Manor Hotel Crickhowel, Bryn Gwyn Hall, Grafton Manor, Abels Harp and of course many of my old favourites like Rowton Castle, Albright Hussey , Tern Hill, Albrighton Hall, Weston Park, Blakelands and many more.

Have also enjoyed many weddings in some fabulous Marquees with some stunning views over the hills and valleys and seen some rare sights as folk are celebrating the day and having some grate fun.

A few moths ago I wanted to do something for the cancer awareness week or “stand up against cancer” I offered to film a Wedding free of charge in January as long as they gave a donation for a cancer charity of their choice.

Well, a friend a friend of a bride contacted me and politely asked if I could move the offer into December for her friend who has had to bring her Wedding forward as both her mother and farther are seriously ill with the disease. How could I refuse her? I agreed and the Wedding is on 28th December, I wish them luck and hope they have a great day under what must be a very stressful time for them.

The end of the year is somewhat busy for me as I have also agreed to travel down to Slough for a Wedding on the 29th for a Wedding on the 30th it’s a little out of my area but was asked if I would film it for them as I filmed her sisters Wedding back in July.
